The Huck bakery and confectionery was able to defend its winning title this year. The Huck bakery is not only known in Frankfurt for its bread and crepes, but also for its "Yestern.day by Huck" store. In 2020, Huck opened the first bakery in Bockenheim to offer high-quality baked goods from the day before.

The "Café Kitzel" is not only known for its delicious Kreppel, but also as a cult place in Frankfurt. Many visitors describe it as having "the atmosphere of grandma's living room". In fact, "like grandma's" is more fitting, notes owner Pia Kitzel. Three years ago, she took over the iconic "museum café" with its antique furnishings, pictures and around 250 coffee pots from her grandfather, master baker Kitzel.
