After returning home from a lovely holiday, who doesn't always first ask themselves how the beautiful mood, the wonderful relaxation can be preserved for as long as possible in everyday life. Especially in the city, where we then meet all the other unrelaxed people again ;-) There is honking, pushing and shoving that it is a real pleasure and as it belongs to the big city life. Deceleration means slowing down and shifting down a gear.
In Hesse, the tourism agency will write "deceleration" very big in the future. In our beautiful state, tourists are supposed to slow down so much that they probably won't want to leave. But what is right for the tourists can only be cheap for us as locals: And the relaxed sides of the city can also be enjoyed by locals.
Five ways to slow down for Frankfurters:
- The <link http: www.frankfurt-tourismus.de media attractions parks wallanlagen-frankfurt _blank>Wallanlagen walk around. Why not spend a Sunday afternoon exploring this beautiful former moat around the city. Start: Untermainkai, finish: Schöne Aussicht. Or the other way round. What all can be found there: splashing fountains, modern sculptures, as well as memorials and monuments.
- Spa paradises can be found in <link https: www.kur-royal.de _blank>Bad Homburg, <link http: www.bad-nauheim.de kuren-kliniken.html _blank>Bad Nauheim and the <link http: www.wiesbaden.de microsite mattiaqua kaiser-friedrich-therme _blank>Kaiser-Wilhelmbad in Wiesbaden. Indulging in a day of luxury thermal baths, having a good time - whether it's a spa, a swim or a sweat bath - releases feel-good hormones in the brain.
