If we were still sitting on the sun deck last week, today the heat comes from the heater. Autumn is here and our lives are definitely shifting back to the sofa. Snuggling up and lighting candles. Preferably with coffee and cake. Of course there are endless Cafés; in the city center, but even more in the individual districts. Personally, I find the most beautiful offshoot of the Frankfurt Garden at Roßmarkt. Friendly, tasty and healthy. No more plastic, but smoking is still allowed .well.
Good thing was that I had invited girlfriends for cupcakes at the weekend. The date turned out to be ideal - a Saturday afternoon - clearly a time of day when even pouring champagne is already allowed and even the most important shopping is done. The reactions were clear: "Coffee party? I haven't had one of those in a long time!"
So here's the tip of the week: why not have a spontaneous, casual invite in October? (Male readers take - say - black chocolate and craft beer;-)
