Picture + Sound: The simply drawn cartoons are absolutely flawlessly realized visually, the picture is very clean and pleasantly sharp. The audio is very restrained, consisting of minor sound effects and, of course, the meowing of Simon's cat when he asks for his food. Good!

Extras: As a bonus, the DVD has four bonus featurettes to offer in addition to the 23 clips. In the first one Simon tells the story how Simon`s Cat came to be (ca. 3:26 min.). After that the fans can look over his shoulder while he is drawing (ca. 3 min.). Afterwards there is a visit to the vet, where Tofield also got some inspiration for his clips (ca. 3:42 min.). And finally, for some recent films, he talks about how he came up with the ideas for their stories (approx. 6:50 min.). All four bonus clips are absolutely worth watching for fans!
