It has become a beautiful tradition that the Alsatian Week brings the lifestyle of this region to our Main metropolis year after year in late summer. For 30 years, the cozy event has been held in late summer on Paulsplatz.
At numerous booths positioned around the stage on Paulsplatz, visitors are offered Alsatian "delicacies from the kitchen and cellar," from tarte flambée to cheese specialties, baguettes, sausages, tarte flambée, pan-fried dishes or crèpes. Wines and beers from the region will also be on offer. There is also live music daily on the stage.
The market is open Wednesday through Saturday from 11 am to 9 pm.
