"Džemila and Jehuda Bel Air" is a musical narrative by the international Ensemble ParaΞenons. It tells the love story of two musicians who meet in Sarajevo in 1941. Just as the Second World War reaches the Balkans. The play deals with the themes of flight, persecution and war and at the same time tells of the power of music and love. Set in the middle of the 20th century, it nevertheless opens up questions that could hardly be more topical.
