Be there when we celebrate Fitness Night on Saturday, September 21, 2024, from 7:00 to 10:30 pm at TG Höchst 1847 e.V. in Frankfurt-Höchst! Experience three hours full of power workouts, relaxation and mobilization - a perfect mix for body and mind.
The evening starts with Mobi & Pre-Stretch with Saskia, followed by Dance with Carolyn, Fitness Circuit with Netta and Zumba with Melanie. Finally, we enjoy Yang & Ying with Silke and toast our successes with a glass of sparkling wine.
