In Frankfurt it's time again: O'zapft is! The Frankfurt Oktoberfest takes place this year already for the 13th time. From Wednesday, September 6, 2023, to Sunday, October 8, 2023, Dirndl and Lederhosen will once again dominate the cityscape - and in the Festhalle Hausmann, everything will revolve around mood music, schunkel fun and Hessian-Bavarian cuisine. If in the past years always a woman as Ambschafterin for the hessian Wiesn recruited, makes this year a prominent man desire on the celebration: The Macher of the Frankfurt Octoberfest - the Festwirte Patrick and Dennis Hausmann as well as Festwirtpartner Kai man - could win the people music star and TV moderator Stefan Mross as official Ambschafter. Among other things, he will be present at the opening of the festival. In the almost five party weeks 26 Events wait for the Octoberfest fans. The organizers expect about 60,000 guests, 20,000 more than last year.
That this succeeds, for the evening events among others Heino, Oli P., NDW cult star Markus, Roy hammer & the Pralineés, Bernhard Brink or Mickie Krause provide, if they will let great party tendency arise in the marquee at the Commerzbank arena. In addition, there will again be a few atmospheric Frühschoppen, where children's entertainment is provided.
Neither may formats such as the Tracht Night or the Fash'n Night be missing. But no matter whether evening event or Frühschoppen - good mood is guaranteed in the marquee of the brothers Patrick and Dennis Hausmann, who organize the festival together with co-organizer Kai Mann. Inseparably linked with the Frankfurt Oktoberfest is also the traditional festival beer from Binding, which was already presented at the end of July in the Lohrberg tavern on Frankfurt's local mountain in front of around 200 guests.
The Binding Festbier is brewed strictly according to the purity law using only water, malt and hops and a yeast from our own pure breeding. A higher degree of roasting of the malt gives the Festbier not only its special malt aroma, but also its amber color. After several test brews, many trained palates determined the best brew together with 1st brewmaster and production manager Sven Rumbler and found it to be perfect.

Who wants to enjoy the tasty festival beer, it is better to use cabs or public transport: the streetcar line 21 goes from Frankfurt Central Station to "Stadium" about 17 minutes. Bus 61 runs from Südbahnhof to "Stadion/Osttribüne". The night bus line n81 departs from the stadium
