Jazz for the third time brings Frankfurt to life every year. The city becomes a big stage for jazz artists who present their music full of passion and emotion. From quiet ballads to fast rhythms - every performance is something special and makes the city swing to the beat of jazz.
There are two reasons to celebrate this year: in addition to the 34th anniversary of German reunification, we are also celebrating 6 years of Frankfurt's New Old Town. On 3 and 4 October 2024, Jazz zum Dritten and the Old Town anniversary will come together to create a special experience that combines old traditions and modern sounds.
While the music roams the streets of the Old Town, there is a colourful cultural program to discover: Exhibitions, interesting lectures and exciting guided tours invite you to join in.
The Römerberg-Bühne and the entire Old Town will become the site of a festival that brings jazz and Frankfurt's history together in a lively way. Be there and experience a weekend full of music, culture and good vibes!
