"Strawberry Festival" at the castle and in the Kronberg city center with classic car ride-along day

In Kronberg on this Sunday, the delicious strawberries are celebrated again. The background is the first strawberry market, which took place in Kronberg now 94 years ago and on which the famous Kronberger early strawberries were offered. Meanwhile, the delicious fruit is celebrated by the Kronberg retail trade - with the support of the Kronberger Burgverein - with the traditional strawberry festival, which will also take place this year on June 12, 2022 from 12:00 - 18:00, combined with a "strawberry-strong" Sales Open Sunday.
There are fresh strawberries at various market stalls. A number of stores pour refreshing strawberry punch (also non-alcoholic). Strawberry cake may not be missing of course also, e.g. in the romantic courtyard of the Kronberger castle or at the Schirnplatz and in the Kronberger Cafés.
To the strawberry celebration belongs for some years in addition, the Rotary oldtimer Mitfahrtag, which the Rotarier on the citizen of Berlin place for the sixth time organizes. The Kronberger Rittergarde celebrates its 70th anniversary at the castle with "camp life" and a varied children's program. And also in the city center there are offers for children from Kronberg clubs.
