In 1973, Swedish filmmaker Ingmar Bergman created "Scenes from a Marriage", a drama about a woman and a man whose marriage breaks up after ten years: Marianne and Johan appear to be a model bourgeois couple - professionally successful, two children, open in their communication with each other. In reality, however, Johan has fallen in love with one of his students and plans to leave Marianne. She initially loses her footing at this announcement. When Johan actually leaves, she suddenly feels a new freedom that she enjoys to the full. How can it be that the two of them, bound together as if by invisible ties, still can't get away from each other?
