With this yoga session, you'll get your money's worth with a dynamic vinyasa flow. A relaxed cool-down at the end of the session ensures a successful conclusion. Both beginners and advanced practitioners can attend the course.
If possible, please bring your own mat or a large towel and something to drink. Changing rooms and shower facilities can be used on the day of the session at Fitness First (directly opposite).
