The foodtruck of Bullys Burger has long been a cult in the Frankfurt street food scene. In the meantime, however, the delicious burgers are not only available through the truck window, but also in two branches. The first in Bockenheim was followed by another shop on Oeder Weg near the city centre. The success of BULLYS BURGER is probably primarily due to the fact that the burgers here are quite simply extremely tasty. High-quality beef from Burgundy in France, spicy Irish cheddar, fresh buns made to their own recipe without flavour enhancers or additives and toppings from the region make for a truly delicious taste experience far removed from what you get served in various fast food restaurants. Sure, the burgers here aren't exactly cheap either - but quality has its price. And since you can taste that with every bite, the prices at BULLYS BURGER are more than justified.
There are ten different burger variations in all stores, and the branch in Bockenheim even adds an eleventh with "Chilled Chicken". In addition to the classic burger, guests can choose between "Bully dances Sirtaki" (with feta cheese and tzaziki), "Bully the Mariachi" (with jalapenos, tortilla chip, salsa and lime) or "Aloha Bully" (with pineapple and mango curry sauce). Plus, there's also the "Trip to the Greens" - a veggie burger with halloumi cheese, mushrooms, cucumbers, tomato pesto, arugula and braised onions - or pulled pork from the pork shoulder.
On our visit, we chose the Cheese Burger and the New York Bully Burger with crispy Sweet Potatoe Fries on the side. The NYBB revealed absolute cult potential in the process. With cheese, bacon, fried egg, homemade coleslaw, braised onions, tomatoes, pickles and BBQ sauce, this very rich burger provided many a taste explosion. Simply delicious! And unlike the usual fast food burgers, you are really full after a Bully Burger - and not just for half an hour.
Fresh ingredients, delicious burgers and no less tasty side dishes, as well as the really very nice service have made the visit to BULLYS BURGER for us an all-round positive experience that can be warmly recommended to every burger fan.
