Wine Tasting on Wednesday, 14.10.2015, 18:30 Uhr
Burgundy is one of the oldest and most interesting cultural landscapes in Europe and in culinary terms definitely worth a trip. It is not for nothing that the region, which is so rich in products, gives its name to a complete family of grape varieties: The so-called Burgundy varieties, of which Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are at the heart of Burgundian viticulture.
Bastian Fiebig married into Burgundy over a quarter of a century ago, and on this evening he and his course participants will travel by the glass through his second home from Sens via the famous vineyards of the Côte d'Or to the rock of Solutré. At this Tastig, you will experience all the diversity of culinary Burgundy!
This evening will feature outstanding wines complemented by small bites.
