As soon as you enter the traditional brewery pub "Zum Bitburger", it becomes clear that stylish, but also very sociable cosiness prevails here. The carved wall panelling and the predominantly warm-coloured furnishings underline this impression, as does the very friendly and attentive service offered here. Zum Bitburger" is known far beyond the borders of the city for its freshly tapped beer. No wonder, beer tapping has been a tradition here for almost 3 decades. The Bit is tapped in three draughts, so that both the deliciously fresh taste and the appetizing head can develop perfectly. Serve it at about 5.8 <x>ampersand</x>deg;C. It doesn't get any better than this!

Whether smaller dishes such as goulash soup with farmhouse bread, sausage salad with cheese strips and fried potatoes or shrimp pancakes, whether the Brotzeitteller with Frankfurter Häppchen (bung cheese, hand cheese tartar, Mett and home-made sausage with farmhouse bread) or classics such as Leberkäse with fried egg and fried potatoes - here you can simply taste that only with fresh ingredients and a lot of love is cooked.
The various schnitzel variations are also especially popular. In addition to the classic Frankfurter Schnitzel with green sauce and crispy fried potatoes, the in-house Bitburger Krüstchen - a small breaded schnitzel with fried egg on toasted farmhouse bread with coleslaw - is highly recommended. And for those who are really hungry, the Frankfurt platter (from 2 persons) with pork schnitzel, fried sausages, liver loaf and suckling pig knuckle with sauerkraut and fried potatoes can be recommended.
