On May 18 and 19, French artist Pierre Pardon will make a guest appearance at the Carmelo Greco restaurant.
Corse by choice and art professor at the University of Lyon is dedicated to working with slate and wood, and a private viewing of some 20 of his works followed by a menu will bring together culinary artist Carmelo Greco and sculptor Pierre Pardon. Completing the evening will be winemaker Maria Caterina Dei, who will introduce her wines from Tuscany.
Tickets are 139 euros per person including menu, wine, water and Café.
