First Gourmet Salon at Schlosshotel Kronberg

"Tafelkultur im Schloss" is the motto for the 1st Gourmetsalon at Schlosshotel Kronberg on 21 March 2015 from 6.30 pm. Under the direction of top chef Jörg Lawerenz, a kitchen party deluxe will take place throughout the castle, which will open its doors exclusively for the event on this evening, in all of the historic salons and, for the first time in history, also in the heart of the house, the castle kitchen. Culinary delicacies will be prepared in front of the guests at various cooking stations. Chef Jörg Lawerenz will be assisted on this evening by his colleagues, who are also starred:

Philipp Vogel (Executive Chef at the Palais Hansen Kempinski Hotel Vienna) accompanied by the Winery Friedrich Becker,
André Tienelt (executive chef at Hotel Ritter Durbach) accompanied by Winery Dr. Heger,
Thomas Macyszyn (head chef at Columbia Hotel Rüsselsheim) accompanied by Winery Klumpp.
Patrick Spies (head chef at the Romantik Hotel zum Stern in Bad Hersfeld) accompanied by the Winery Jurtschitsch.

Another highlight will be the surprise star chef - this much is revealed, she takes her inspiration from the five elements. Sparkling moments are guaranteed with an aperitif of fine champagne. The multitude of gourmet delicacies will be accompanied by an excellent selection of wines from very different regions and countries, including, of course, from the in-house Prinz von Hessen winery. The guests will have the exclusive opportunity to look over the shoulders of the star chefs and enjoy a culinary event in a class of its own. Various live musical acts will ensure that the party goes on until the early hours of the morning. The team of the Schlosshotel Kronberg, above all hotel director Franz Zimmermann, is looking forward to a successful evening with many happy guests.

Tickets can be purchased with or without overnight stay in the historic Schlosshotel. The entrance fee "Gourmetsalon" is 179,00 Euro per person, including wines, mineral water and coffee and a midnight snack.

In addition, two different arrangements "Gourmetsalon" for two persons can be booked. These are priced at 525.00 euros per night, including two tickets for the Gourmet Salon, one night's accommodation in a double room and a champagne breakfast for two people. If you stay in a suite, the arrangement price is 1,125.00 euros per night, including the above-mentioned services. The arrangement prices are valid for two persons and only for double occupancy. Single travellers pay 358.00 euros per person, including ticket for the gourmet salon, overnight stay in a double room for single use and champagne breakfast.
