For a long time Abdelghani Bibaoune has been looking for a place where he can authentically experience his Moroccan culture and tradition. He has now found the perfect location on the grounds of OST>STERN.
Bibaoune and his team have transformed the spacious outdoor area of the former Mercedes Benz branch into a beautiful desert landscape, which, as KAFILA, invites guests to experience the culinary tradition and hospitality of Morocco. There are various dishes prepared in a very traditional way, as well as cool drinks, the aforementioned mint tea - absolutely recommended - and also shishas.
This extraordinary location will also regularly be the place for special events, but also on quite "normal" days a visit is a real recommendation just because of the very special atmosphere and the very friendly service. KAFILA by Lala Mamoona is a real enrichment for the OST>STERN, where creativity, art and also pleasure unite on about 10,000 sqm - for the rest of Frankfurt, too, of course.
For the colder months, by the way, there are plans to move the great outdoor location completely into one of the factory halls. If this can actually be implemented, then KAFILA is guaranteed to be a real highlight among Frankfurt's gastro and event locations in winter as well.
