Frankfurt itself is clearly the most strongly represented. Joining them are: Frank Möbes from Mon Amie Maxi, Marc Schulz from Max on One, Marcin Szczepanczyk from Next Level, Rico Franke from Roomers Restaurant, Gregor Nowak from Heimat, Patrick Bittner from Restaurant Français and the Seven Swans team.
