Wilhelm Weil and eight other top winemakers of the VDP personally present their great Rieslings: matured, rare Spätlese, excellent ERSTE GEWÄCHSE, VDP.Lagenweine, Grosse Gewächse, up to the noble sweet top growths like the Beerenauslese or the Eiswein. For the main course, great Rheingau Spätburgunder. These top wines are accompanied by a refined gourmet menu in five courses, which star chef Sebastian Lühr has agreed with the selection jury at a tasting dinner.
