On Saturday, 29. November 2014, Germany's wine lovers will again get their money's worth: During the Long Night of Open Wine Cellars, VDP.Prädikatsweingüter in Baden, Franconia and in the Palatinate invite you to taste, enjoy and dance. In the authentic ambience of wine press houses and
barrique cellars, surrounded by wine barrels and art installations, visitors can taste current and matured top wines from Germany's VDP.Prädikatsweingüter. With whimsical live music and good food, this evening will be unforgettable at each and every winery.
The VDP.vintners of the Palatinate will have their VDP.colleagues as guests that evening, so the entire Palatinate region between Neustadt and Bad Dürkheim will be available to taste. In Baden, all 19 Baden Prädikat wine estates, which are otherwise at home from the Badische Bergstrasse to Lake Constance, are present at the three Markgräfler VDP.estates between Schliengen and Laufen (Sulzburg). And in Franconia, it is the four Würzburg VDP estates that are raising the VDP flag with the grape eagle on behalf of their colleagues this evening. The ticket price includes the wines and, if applicable, the bus transfer.
Descend into the wine cellars of the VDP wineries and see where some of the best wines of Germany have their origin. Immerse yourself in the wine experience. The winegrowers open their courtyard and cellar doors for you until late in the evening.
