A journey through the affineur and wine cellar at the Jakob Jung
On this evening, take a look into the 300-year-old cellar of the Jakob Jung winery, where wines and cheeses mature side by side. Affineur Reiner Wechs presents a selection of his best cheeses and vintner Alexander Jung a matching selection of his highly acclaimed wines - from Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc to the sophisticated, powerful red wines. Experience under expert guidance how cheese and wine harmonize and how a successful combination creates the "third taste". Price per person: 69 euros.
