If there was no loud rejoicing at Mainova: From the independent platform energy consumer portal, the Frankfurt energy service provider was awarded in the divisions of electricity, gas, water as a "top local supplier" - and not for the first time. Mainova has already received the seal of quality eight times before. Not only is the price-performance ratio assessed, but also other criteria such as environmental commitment, regional commitment, service quality and data protection. In all these areas, Mainova was able to convince across the board.
In the water division, the award was presented for the third time since 2015. Here, the company annually meets the very strict requirements necessary for the award of the seal of approval. These include, for example, transparency, customer information and satisfaction, water quality, ecology and commitment to future issues.
Mainova board member Norbert Breidenbach is proud of the award: "Once again we are among the best electricity, gas and water suppliers. Our focus is on good value for money, fair contract terms and high service quality. The fact that our regional commitment has also been recognised gives us great pleasure and confirms our corporate philosophy, which we will continue to pursue in the future."
About the seal of approval
Since 2009, the platform Energieverbraucherportal has been awarding the seal "Top Local Supplier" in the electricity and gas divisions, and since 2015 also in the water segment. This time there was a new record number of participants with 569 applications in all three segments.
