Ingredients
- 0.25 liters of water
<x>.N</x>- 1 liter Frankfurter Äppelwoi
- 1 lemon zest
- 4 toasted bun halves
- ½ stick of cinnamon
- 4 cloves
- 20 g potato flour
- sugar
Preparation:
Add the cloves, lemon zest and cinnamon to the water and boil for about 5 minutes. Then let it cool and strain it. Use a saucepan to collect the spiced water, add the cider and bring to a boil. Keep a small amount of cider, however, with which you then mix the potato flour. Use it to bind the now boiling soup and sweeten the whole thing with sugar according to your taste.
Now place a toasted roll half on each plate and serve the delicious soup on top. Bon appetit!
