The salty sheet cake is a bit inspired by the French Quiche Lorraine, however, there have always been similar cakes for bread baking days in Hesse. Together with the garlic rocket as a flavour carrier, the result is a completely new, surprising dish. You can also partially replace the rocket with chives.

However, you can also bake this tart with the nutty, spicy salad rocket, which you can buy in greengrocers in early summer or sow yourself in spring.
