This very simple recipe used to celebrate the feast of St John's name (on 24 June). However, this little delicacy can now be eaten all year round. All you need is:
Ingredients
.- 1 kg spring onions (redcurrant)
- 1/2 litre clear meat stock
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 100 grams of jerky
Preparation:
Bring the meat stock to a boil. Meanwhile, clean and wash the spring onions and then place them in the broth for five minutes. Now cut the beef jerky into small cubes and fry them in the oil. Then season them with a teaspoon of vinegar and then pour it over the spring onions. And this dish is ready to eat!
