Sometimes you don't have to reinvent the wheel to offer your guests something delicious. That's what Mustafa Zürlüer and Georgie Hapidis thought when they had the idea for their own currywurst shop. While looking for a suitable location, they learned that a student dormitory was to be built in the building of the former public order office on Mainzer Landstraße. On the off chance, Zürlüer and Hapidis applied for a shop space in the building in the early summer of 2014 and actually got an acceptance a few months later. After some construction delays, they were finally able to celebrate the opening of their stylish currywurst shop on 01 September 2016.
The various curry variations and degrees of spiciness went down very well with the guests who stopped by on the premiere day. Guests can choose between fruity-sweet, lemony-mild, oriental, smoky or spicy. In addition, there is the option to choose between seven levels of spiciness, from 08/15 to Death Blow. As for the sausages, you can choose between bratwurst, beef sausage and BIO vegan sausage. As a side dish there is bread or of course fries. Everything can be ordered in different combination offers - whereby there is of course in a student dormitory also a special student combination.

Of course, Mustafa Zürlüer knows that they are relying on a tried and tested concept here, but they want to give it their very own touch. And after long planning, a lot of passion and heart blood, which was put in the past years into this culinary project, now actually only the hope remains that the FRESH WORSCHT inspires and from as many guests as possible regular customers makes.
