The Kinderschutzbund Frankfurt is celebrating its 70th anniversary with a special event for children and their parents. On Friday, October 11, 2024, the Kinderschutzbund invites you to the first Gaming Day in the Orangery in Günthersburgpark from 4:00 pm. Until 7:30 pm, families can explore the world of video games together and experience how much fun gaming together can be.
At various stations, visitors
will learn how much creativity and work goes into developing a game. They can watch artists draw, create their own game characters and experience the history of gaming at a retro station. A highlight of the day is the Mario Kart tournament, where the best players can win a prize.
The event will be accompanied by the team from the "Safe im Recht" advice center, which supports young people up to the age of 21 on digital violence and youth law and will be available on site to answer questions.
Admission is free, registration is not required. The Orangery is barrier-free.
