(kus) With price increases of 20 to 50 cents, the BäderBetriebe Frankfurt (BBF) is reacting to the constantly growing operating costs after 2013. The new prices apply from 1 May.
"The adjustments are largely within the inflation rate. The last price increase was four years ago," said BBF managing director Frank Müller.
People eligible for a discount, such as schoolchildren, students or people with severe disabilities, will pay 20 cents more in future, adults 30 cents. Family passes will increase by 50 cents. The small children's rate remains unaffected by this price adjustment.
