(kus) Cakes, mulled wine and Christmas presents - on 2 Advent, 4 December, the traditional Advent crafting will take place for children and adults at Frankfurt Zoo in the Faust Bird Halls. From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., accompanied by birdsong, you can get into the pre-Christmas spirit. While little zoo visitors craft gifts for friends and family, the Jewel Hall Café warm drinks and Christmas pastries will be available.
Some zoo animals can also look forward to the event, with the apes and spectacled bears receiving culinary Christmas gifts and the marabous receiving small treats.
