Housing is notoriously scarce in a big city like Frankfurt. And when new apartments are created, it's definitely a reason to celebrate. This is also the case in Oberrad, where AMADEUS Twentyfive, a residential complex in the middle of greenery with a view of the skyline, is currently being built. Now, with the completion of the shell, an important phase of the construction work has been completed. And so the topping-out ceremony could be celebrated on the first Advent. In addition to the managing directors of the AMADEUS Group, Dirg Parhofer and Volker Deifel, the internationally renowned extreme athlete and musician Joey Kelly, the head of Oberrad, Christian Becker (CDU), and numerous apartment owners also graced the occasion.
Since - and this is not always the case with construction projects - everything is proceeding according to schedule. Or rather "just in time", as the two managing partners described the construction progress. Of course, thanks must go to all those involved in the construction, as without them the speedy and scheduled realisation would not have been possible. The elegant complex, which is being built according to the plans of the Frankfurt architectural firm Schmitz Architekten, offers a total of 42 condominiums with intelligently cut floor plans and generous balconies in various sizes. A special bonus is the view of the Frankfurt skyline.
Joey Kelly, long-time advertising partner of the AMADEUS Group, traveled to Frankfurt especially for the topping-out ceremony. He was enthusiastic about the location of the residential complex close to the city centre. The sportsman in him immediately spoke again when he remarked: "Jogging right next to Frankfurt's best-known fields, the home of the Green Sauce, with a view of the city, I'd like that too." He plans to return to Frankfurt no later than the completion of AMADEUS Twentyfive. He also took the opportunity to make a very special announcement: "I will be taking part in the Frankfurt Marathon next year." This pleased the owners of AMADEUS Twentyfive, who came in large numbers; after all, Joey Kelly is the godfather of their new domicile.
The attractiveness of the residential complex is also noticeable in the high level of interest in the apartments. "Only a few residential units are still available at AMADEUS Twentyfive," reports sales manager Carsten Lau. Buyers and prospective buyers also include capital investors, for whom the AMADEUS Group offers customized facility services. "Convenient property management is important to many capital investors." Construction of AMADEUS Twentyfive started at the beginning of 2017, with a planned construction period of approximately 14 months.
The AMADEUS Group is currently realizing two other residential projects in the Rhine-Main area in addition to this one. They are located at Rebstockbad in Frankfurt's Rebstockpark district and in Steinbach im Taunus.
