"Clothes make the man" - The Gala< campaign./p>
This widely known saying is reflected especially in Frankfurt, Germany's business metropolis no.1, is reflected on a daily basis. Hardly any other city is so characterized by "pinstripes and ties" as the metropolis on the Main. But that is only one side of the city. In addition to the glamorous business world, there are many people who work in the "engine room of the city."
Whether in blue overalls or in uniform, they ensure day after day that Frankfurt remains safe and clean. They work to ensure that the city functions. Unfortunately, public recognition for this is often too low.
The Frankfurt tailor and men's outfitter Stephan Görner, PR and event specialist Sven Müller and photographer Manuel Dorn put with the photo series "Clothes make the man" also in 2022/3 again people in scene, who exercise professions that typically do not wear a suit at their workplace.
These people are staged at their workplace first in everyday work clothes and then in a custom suit. The photos are published and presented to the public. At the end of the year, these hard-working people, representative of many, show a point of view that we have not perceived before. Stephan Görner. Recognition, appreciation and respect for extraordinary professions and the people behind them, is the message of the campaign. More info is available at: www.kleider-machen-leute.net
