CLOTHES MAKE PEOPLE: Hot Worscht and hot clothes!
CLOTHES MAKE PEOPLE: Hot Worscht and hot clothes!

Really hot are the sauces that Pino Lettieri serves his guests daily with the beef and bratwurst. There are seven different levels of spiciness, with many sausage lovers having hot flushes, sweats or tears in their eyes by the third level. Only the very hardcore can manage the hottest sauce, which is made with many different types of chillies.

Eight years Pino, the native Italian has been working as a self-proclaimed "Worschtdealer" at "Best Worscht in town". About 170 portions of fries, 320 sausages and 20 loaves of the delicious hand-dug farmer's bread leave the counter of his branch in Hanauer Landstraße on average every day.

For the fact that Lettieri has daily access to the small sins of culinary delights, he still has a great figure. Yet he doesn't do any of the usual sports at all, where you lose a lot of sweat or calories. Pino rides his motorcycle during the season from March to October. A Ducati 1199 he calls his own, with which he enjoys trips and nice rides.

The white cotton suit and the red and white striped shirt that Stephan Görner, a tailor from Frankfurt, tailored for him for the "Kleider machen Leute" campaign are also really sharp.

The campaign, in which twelve people with extraordinary professions are photographed in tailored suits by Nikita Kulikov, is now entering its third year. Recognition, appreciation and respect for these women and men are the message that the initiators Stephan Görner and Sven Müller, want to achieve with it. "Every month a new motive of another occupational group is published and presented to the public" so Sven Mueller. And Stephan Görner adds: "At the end of the year, the twelve motifs will again become an annual calendar, which will be presented at our charity gala and handed out to the guests and amateur models."
