CLOTHES MAKE PEOPLE: With popcorn and tuxedos in the front row
CLOTHES MAKE PEOPLE: With popcorn and tuxedos in the front row

Just relax, enjoy some good food or sip a cool drink. The perfect location for this has been FOODTOPIA, the gastronomy floor in the MyZeil shopping centre with its 15 restaurants and bars, for a few months now. In addition, this location is regularly used for events such as the salsa evening or public ice hockey viewing. FOODTOPIA has finally become an experience destination with the opening of the premium cinema ASTOR FILM LOUNGE. Here, movie lovers can enjoy cinema par excellence - with service at the seat, comfortable armchairs and first-class technology.

There are a total of 55 employees, from ticket takers to projectionists to service staff in the catering area, to ensure that guests feel at home here. One of these dedicated employees is Kevin Thomas. He is a projectionist and is responsible for ensuring that all commercials and also the main films are shown on time and on the screen. Born in Kassel, he has been in the Main metropolis since 2001, and already worked at the Astor Film Lounge when it was still located in the Zeilgalerie.

For the "Clothes make the man" campaign, he briefly slipped into the role of a guest. Wearing a dark green velvet tuxedo and black velvet bow tie, he "lounged" in the front row, put his feet up drank a Coke and ate popcorn with relish. Daniel Baldus photographed him like this.

Kevin Thomas is one of six models chosen by Stephan Görner and Sven Müller to present unusual professions for the campaign. Recognition, appreciation and respect towards these people and their professions are the message.
