ExPO REAL 2024 has started and is already attracting numerous visitors to the Munich exhibition grounds on the first day. At the joint stand of the City of Frankfurt am Main and the RhineMain region in Hall C1, 26 stand partners are presenting themselves and offering an extensive program ranging from specialist presentations to networking opportunities.
At the opening of the stand, City Councillor Stephanie Wüst, Head of Economic Affairs, emphasized the importance of Frankfurt as an innovative real estate market. Sustainability, functionality and digitalization are key topics to keep the real estate location attractive. City Councillor Marcus Gwechenberger also emphasized the importance of regional cooperation in urban development. The focus is particularly on dealing with limited commercial space and the creation of affordable housing.
The varied program at the Metropolarena attracted many trade visitors. Topics such as the future of commercial areas and strategies for land use were discussed in depth in panel discussions.
