FES is top in Focus Money's fairness ranking

(ffm) Five times "Very Good", once "Good" - none of the 23 German waste disposal companies examined by Focus Money (issue 28/2018) scored better in terms of fairness than FES Frankfurter Entsorgungs- und Service GmbH. In the survey, which was conducted by the consulting firm ServiceValue on behalf of Focus Money, 1615 people were surveyed exclusively online.

For example, FES did very well in customer service. This includes the uncomplicated arrangement of appointments as well as their reliable adherence, a clear online presence as well as the quick response to e-mail entries. FES is also at the top of the ranking in terms of online communication.

Great importance for the respondents is the price-performance ratio, which includes service transparency and transparency of costs. Here, too, FES scores very well. The same applies to customer advice: According to the survey, no one answers questions on the professional disposal of recyclable materials better than FES. The Rhine-Main-based company also scores highly in "advice on waste avoidance/recycling" and in the "professional competence of employees".

The respondents rated the system of recycling centres as good. They were asked about the opening hours, the accessibility, the clarity and the service orientation of the employees. Finally, FES is also highly valued for the timing and availability of its mobile hazardous waste collection service.

FES Managing Director Benjamin Scheffler: "The result is a nice confirmation for us that we are close to Frankfurt's citizens and customers with our services. We also consider fairness, advice, service and price as our trademark and will work on constant improvement."
