The World Gourmet Society presents its festival menu at the Sèvres restaurant at the Grandhotel Hessischer Hof under the motto "Discover New Culinary Landscapes" until the end of October.
Chef Roland Füssel serves the following menu in this context:
- Greetings from the kitchen
- Mackerel with Frankfurt Green Sauce, Beetroot
. - Onion soup with bonito flakes and smoked tuna
- Fillet of sturgeon with rutabaga and kohlrabi broth
- Mirabell sorbet
- Saddle of venison, quince, yuzu and almond balls
- Peach buttercr<x>ampersand</x>egrave;me, elderberry sour cream, blueberry sorbet and dark chocolate
The festival menu consists mainly of regional products. The menu costs 87 euros per person.
