(ffm) The independent energy consumer portal has named Mainova a "Top Local Supplier" in four categories. The Frankfurt-based energy service provider won the award directly in the recently introduced heating segment. In the electricity and gas segments, the company impressed for the tenth time and also confirmed the quality seal for water.
The "Top Local Supplier" rating is awarded by the energy consumer portal to suppliers with particularly consumer-friendly offers and especially good customer service. The decisive criteria are, for example, the price-performance ratio, environmental commitment, regional commitment, service quality and data protection.
In the water segment, Mainova has met the requirements since the award was first presented in 2015. The features assessed include transparency, customer information and satisfaction, water quality, ecology and commitment to future issues.
New: Since mid-2018, the energy consumer portal has been awarding responsible companies in the heating sector that offer their customers fair tariffs and a sustainable and secure heating supply. As in the other sectors, companies with above-average quality standards are the focus of the independent comparison.
Mainova board member Norbert Breidenbach says: "The repeated award confirms our corporate philosophy to convince in competition with a good price-performance ratio, fair contract conditions and high service quality. In addition, we offer our customers tailor-made energy solutions. We are particularly pleased that our commitment to a reliable, sustainable and market-driven heating supply has also been recognised at the first attempt. Since 2009, the independent energy consumer portal has been awarding the "Top Local Supplier" seal in the electricity and gas segments, since 2015 in the water segment and since mid-2018 in the heating segment.
