Frankfurt flea market takes place again

You can rummage and search for treasures to your heart's content again: After the forced break of several months, the Frankfurt flea market starts again from Saturday, July 4! Initially, however, only on a test basis at 14-day intervals in Lindleystraße. Because due to the requirements of the Corona Contact and Operating Restriction Ordinance, it is currently not yet possible to hold the flea market at the Mainkai in accordance with the law.

Of course, the market at the Osthafen will also not yet be able to take place as usual. Traders and visitors must first register in compliance with data protection laws before they can enter the flea market area.

Whoever would like to book a stand space must note that until further notice this is only possible for the following event date via the flea market office. As only a maximum of 250 people are allowed on the market area, the entrance and exit will be supervised. Therefore, you should plan waiting times at the entrance into your visit. On the whole area of the flea market it is obligatory to wear a mouth and nose protection. The entrance to the cordoned-off event area is on Lindleystraße at the height of Hugo-Stinnes-Straße, the exit is at the height of Osthafenplatz.

Minimum distances are provided between the stalls of the market vendors. Notices will indicate the required spacing and sanitation measures, and law enforcement personnel will monitor compliance to ensure safe market operations. Any changes are subject to change at any time.

Yes, even flea market attendance will not be as we know it in the near future. But if we all pay attention to the distance and hygiene rules and stay calm even during longer waiting times, nothing will stand in the way of a nice flea market visit.
