For lovers of French cuisine, there was a very special address in the Rhine-Main region for many years: Les deux Dienstbach in downtown Wiesbaden. With excellent dishes and lots of charm, the twin sisters Jennifer and Nathalie Dienstbach had cooked their way into the hearts of their guests. But in June 2020, the popular restaurant was closed. But it was clear to the sisters that they wanted to stay true to the restaurant business. And so they were on the road for a year with various projects before they dared a kind of soft reboot in the summer of 2021 at the Künstler winery in Hochheim am Main.

The concept of the courtyard bar, in which the strengths of Les deux Dienstbach were brought into tasty harmony with the excellent wines of the Künstlers, was well received by the guests. So it quickly became clear that this collaboration was only the beginning of something bigger. On March 25, the time has finally come: Les deux Dienstbach chez Künstler opens its doors! The philosophy that has distinguished the restaurant in Wiesbaden, Jennifer and Nathalie Dienstbach also want to take over in the new joint project with the winery Künstler. Offered is fine French cuisine, conjured up exclusively from products from regional cultivation, sustainable rearing, from free-range farming and from specialties from France.

The love of the product and sustainability have learned the twins from their French grandparents, who had a farm in Normandy. So the close connection to good cuisine made from high-quality products runs in the Dienstbachs' family, so to speak - and you can taste it with every bite. In Monika and Gunter Künstler, the sisters have now found the perfect partners for a gastronomic collaboration: "It's just a very good match - food and wine are inseparable," say the twins. And the new, permanent gastronomy is also a real enrichment for the winery. In the wonderful ambience of the winery, which can look back on a long family tradition, the delicious creations from the cuisine française are offered as finely tuned menus in different variations - in harmonious correspondence with the excellent wines of Gunter Künstler and noble drops of the French wine world.

But also the concept of the yard bar will be continued from April: Then there will be a self-service area with a small menu in the beautiful courtyard of the winery, as already in the summer of 2021. But whether in the restaurant or at the courtyard bar: Tres magnifique it is at Les deux Dienstbach chez Künstler in any case!
