It's that time again. Parallel to the Grüne Soße Festival, which takes place from May 12 to 19, a beautiful market around the festival tent invites you to enjoy and linger again this year. From 11 May onwards, there will again be lots of tasty things to do with green sauce from 11 am to 8 pm every day. But this year the whole thing is a little different than in previous years, because for the first time there are numerous international highlights to discover here.
From oriental to Caribbean, from Crêpes, wraps, burritos and salmon to granny's potato pancakes: the green sauce becomes a world star with a bite at this market. There really is something for everyone here. Whether it's for a lunch break or a relaxed after-work snack, even without tickets for the beautiful evening shows, a visit to the Grüne Soße Festival is absolutely worthwhile - and delicious. On weekends, there's additional live music on the open air stage.
