More community, more appeal - release party for new #cleanffm anthem "Let's"
Five years after the first anthem "Hoch hinaus", the Frankfurt cleanliness campaign #cleanffm presents another own campaign song plus music video: The rap "Let's" promises "more appeal" and calls for "more community" for a clean Frankfurt. During a release party, the music video and anthem were presented in Frankfurt on Thursday, June 29.
The new anthem aims to appeal, mobilize and sends a clear message to all Frankfurt residents: the city will be clean when everyone takes care of it together. The title "Let's" also fits in with this, says Rosemarie Heilig, head of the climate and environment department: "We want a clean city - for this we need many people: the sportsmen and sportswomen in the parks and on the banks of the Main, the people who shop or work on the Zeil, the craftsmen and craftswomen on their building sites, the guests in the bars and restaurants, the children, the young people, the adults - simply everyone: those who are smart and cool join in. Together we are creating a clean, livable and lovable Frankfurt. That's the message of this anthem."
The rap, which is just under three minutes long, is written and sung by the Frankfurt musician SIGN, whose real name is the 24-year-old student Youness El Mamouni. The short music video was shot in the Hafenpark, in the Bahnhofsviertel, at the Kleinmarkthalle - in short: the scenes were shot where there is a lot going on. As the new face of the #cleanffm campaign, 34-year-old Max Coga also makes an appearance in the music video. The owner of Frankfurt's oldest nightclub, Pik Dame, is also known in the sports scene as an MMA athlete and reigning NFC featherweight champion. His prominence in the scene is expected to help the #cleanffm campaign gain even more reach and fans.
You can see and hear the anthem and video on all popular streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music und Youtube and the social media channels of #cleanffm.
