Long queues of people form every day in front of the small and fine in-café DINING RAUM in Frankfurt's Fahrgasse to get their hands on a "New York Roll". The trendy pastry is a social media hit and has become particularly popular thanks to videos on TikTok.
New York Rolls are made from circular croissant dough filled with various creams and topped with ganache.
Those who make it to the DINING ROOM can choose between New York Rolls with dark chocolate, white chocolate, pistachio or matcha. Each roll currently costs EUR 4.90 and the DINING RAUM team is already working on other flavors.
