It started in 2004 as an internal show case, when Kofler & Company first presented the PRET A DINER - collection and brought lifestyle into the catering business. In addition to food trends, table culture, art and ambience were presented in the spirit of the times. After the concept was well received, it was further developed into a pop-up restaurant in 2011. Modern, exciting and varied food trends of first-class quality presented in extraordinary locations - that is the trademark of PRET A DINER, which has been a guest in various European cities several times a year since its premiere. In addition to Berlin, London, Zurich and Basel, the dining concept also came to Frankfurt for the first time in 2011.
From 8 to 30 September, PRET A DINER will be making a stop in the Main metropolis for the fourth time. With ASTON MARTIN as a partner, the temporary restaurant will open its doors to coincide with the IAA. While two years ago an impressive street food course was erected high above the roofs of the city, this year first-class dining can be enjoyed in a no less impressive location. For 23 days, the area of the future FOUR high-rise quarter (former Deutsche Bank site) in the middle of the city centre will be transformed into a very special culinary melting pot. Where recently the open-air cinema was a guest, four start-ups from London will reinterpret four different national cuisines. It`s a culinary journey to Hawaii ("Island Poké"), Italy ("A. Mano"), Asia ("Kym`s") and India ("Cricket"), with traditional elements turned on their heads, rearranged and revived in exciting new ways.
For diners and their palates, this fourth edition aims to be another very special experience, a fusion of exquisite cuisine, special cocktails, modern art and music. Gourmets of fine dining will get their money's worth as well as lovers of culture and urban lifestyle. Cooked of course only with handmade products of the finest quality, so that the guest a true taste explosion of enormous versatility offers. However, there are also special "Early Bird" tickets for 19 € for which you can then enjoy a taste of what's on offer from 6:30pm each day. If you fancy more after that, you can of course "upgrade".
