The summer temperatures have Frankfurt fully in their grip. And what could be better than saying goodbye to the heat and stress of the day on a balmy summer evening? A very good opportunity is offered to you from June on one of the most beautiful terraces of the city. From June onwards, the Ehrenhofterrasse of the Hotel Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof will regularly be transformed into a truly Mediterranean oasis. Then Frankfurters, hotel guests, business people and after-workers are invited to enjoy the evening at Grill & Chill Events musically and culinary. Starting at 6 p.m. each night, the venue will prepare a varied premium selection of barbecue items, including king prawns, lobster, grilled vegetable skewers, lamb chops and Argentinian rump steak. To match, refreshing drinks will be mixed at the Tanqueray TEN Bar. Hotel director Spiridon Sarantopoulos is very much looking forward to these unique summer evenings: "The special thing about the Grill & Chill Event is not only the culinary delights, but above all our musical programme with great artists; this ensures unforgettable summer evenings in the ambience of the Ehrenhofterrasse. A variety of artists will take care of the good music on the respective event days. Dynamic and charismatic singer-songwriter Jimmie Wilson hails from Detroit, Michigan, U.S.A., and feels right at home in the Rhine-Main area. Most recently he performed with ESC veteran Ralph Siegel at the Eurovision Song Contest in Kiev. He is one of the best house music singers in Europe and works with many internationally renowned Dj's - like Dennis Smith. For the start of the series on 01 June Dennis Smith will accompany his live act with the appropriate musical touch. The sought-after saxophonist Michelle Labonte will be our guest on 19 July. She's all about funk <x>Ampersand</x> soul, house, R<x>ampersand</x>acute;n<x>ampersand</x>acute;B, pop music and all things groovy and fun. On August 16, singer Sophia Martin will provide the finest soul, jazz and pop music. Her songs, some of which she writes herself, touch and inspire. With her ability to use different vocal colours, she not only masters jazz and swing themes brilliantly, but also convinces with impulsive pop songs. On these evenings, DJ Dennis Smith and DJ Vigilance also take turns spinning chillout music.
The Grill & Chill Event on the Ehrenhofterrasse at the Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof will take place in collaboration with Tanqueray TEN on the following days with the following artists:
