An individual parking space display will also be installed, showing free parking spaces at a glance.

Olaf M. Kindt, Center Manager Hessen-Center Frankfurt: "We are pleased and grateful that our visitors are accompanying the construction with a lot of interest, but also patience and understanding. In March of this year, I promised that we would be rewarded for this before Christmas with the most modern parking garage in the east of Frankfurt. According to the current status, I will be able to keep my promise, before St. Nicholas on December 6, the parking decks should be opened."

Alexander Kemling, project manager of the construction company Max Bögl, expressed his satisfaction with the topping-out ceremony of the 1st construction phase. "The work has been completed on schedule. All the builders and suppliers have put their skills to work to meet the completion date. We builders are working hand in hand with the center management to continue to keep disruptions to ongoing center operations and visitors to a minimum. Moving on - as we still have plenty of work to do between now and the end of November with electrical work and the implementation of signage and lane markings."
