Per person: 200-250 g cream cheese, sliced; 1-2 tomatoes, cut into large cubes; ½ or 1 whole onion, chopped; fresh garlic to taste; Italian herbs, salt, pepper.
Brush a baking dish with olive oil and line with the goat cheese, spread on top first the tomatoes, then the onions, sprinkle with the spices. Bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Goes well with green salad, farmhouse bread and red wine.
