Step 1 Brew water 80 °C
Brew fresh, preferably soft water.
Let the water cool to around 80 °C:
Open the kettle, wait 10 minutes
Step 2 1 g matcha + 80 ml water
Ca. Place 1 g matcha (2 bamboo spoons or ½ teaspoon) in a matcha bowl
With approx. 80 ml of water (80 °C)
Step 3 15 seconds
.Whisk the tea with a matcha whisk for at least 15 seconds
or
use a milk frother or blender
.Step 4 Enjoy
Matcha is traditionally drunk in three sips Consume matcha powder as fresh as possible and store in the original packaging in the refrigerator
