Rasp unpeeled zucchini, about 200 g per person. Then, per pancake 2 tablespoons flour, an egg, garlic pressed through to taste; salt and pepper. Oil for frying.
Mix the zucchini grates and all the other ingredients together. Heat the oil preferably in a non-stick pan and fry pancakes until golden. Serve with green salad.
