The new shorts are already resting neatly tucked away with all the bikinis in the basement; the beach-feeling bangs are calling for a trim.

Nearly three and a half weeks in the Californian homeland still resonate in the home office; a round birthday with fleet parade, sunset on the beach of San Diego hearty with burritos and canned beer in the paper bag - because open alcohol is forbidden on the beach, but nobody cares about the bag contents. After the jetlag is before the longing and so a little bit of California may now move into the everyday life. But is that even possible in Frankfurt?
With a little imagination everything is possible: San Diego is the city of beer. Craft beer productions and festivals can be found everywhere. At this point, I'll put the cloak of silence over the Mexican food on offer here with us; now that's not snobby either, but my experience. But, what always goes well, are burgers. Just pop down to Textor Street for a taste at "Good Fellas"; Hollywood swings included. J
